It is 2012 and one of the most sought after things on the market is survival seeds. People everywhere are stockpiling things like oxygen masks, survival seeds, weapons, non-perishables, water, antibiotics and anything they can think of to get by in dire circumstances. How do we really know something catastrophic is not on the horizon? No one wakes up and thinks, we are getting bombed today I guess I’ll get everything together. That is a false sense of security that many feel is as crazy as others may think about digging a shelter and stockpiling basic survival needs for impending doom. The most common expected occurrence is the 2012 alignment of the planets that is presumed to alter or eliminate the earths gravitational field. Now I do not know exactly if this is the end of the world. I do know scientist think we are going to have crazy weather here and in space. Solar flares are going to be crazy. Anyone who knows this wants to be prepared. I am no scientist and I do not know what to expect so I say, why not? Get survival seeds, water, oxygen, clothing and shelter ready just in case. I for one would rather be safe than sorry. Even if nothing happens on 12-21-12 you are prepared for any future occurrence that may arise.
So we have covered the basic needs are oxygen, food, shelter, clothing, medications and water. Survival seeds will ensure you will have food for a time to come. None knows how long we will need to be supplied so it only makes sense to gather as much as you can to last as long as possible. We are unable to share these things no matter if you and your family possess good hearts. You must recognize that we will not know how long life will continue on this path. What it comes down to is survival. If the stranger moves on to a group that has nothing or is running low on supplies you could lose everything including your life. If you find yourself in a position hat you simply can not refuse helping someone never let them know what you have available. Especially in the lines of survival seeds as these are guaranteed to feed many for a long period of time. Survival seeds will be like gold.
We are talking about things that will last if we lose electricity. Cell phone towers and internet could be gone. We would be living in prehistoric times. We will also face people more dangerous and desperate than the dinosaurs were to prehistoric man simply because they did not prepare before disaster struck. When faced with the threat of dying or starving to death all the while knowing that someone has the supplies they may need to live they will do anything. Be prepared. You would want to make your location as inconspicuous as possible. So having things like the survival seeds will help you. Even if there is an environment safe enough that you can go out and search for food you would be opening yourself and your family to looters. Having these seeds keeps you with the ability to maintain a lower profile. You will be able to plant them in your shelter and keep anyone from knowing about or taking what you have. This is your livelihood, but you have to remember in some cases it may be theirs too.
If you are poor then this is something you may want to think about having to preserve quality of life. Think about it the government is slowly cutting out aide to people who fall below poverty levels. Eventually SNAP and WIC will not be available for those who can not get food themselves. SSI and SDI are on their way out as well. It will be up to the individual to prepare for hard times where living off the land may become a very real way of life. Canning and storing these seeds may be the only way you will have to survive. It is not a good idea to wait until the demand for them is so high they become unattainable. Make the previsions now for an unexpected occurrence, and be able to feed yourself and your family.
